Scenario Upper Loss (SUL)

The Scenario Upper Loss (SUL), is one way to express the Probable Maximum Loss value. The Scenario Upper Loss is a higher, more conservative estimate of the damage to a building during a seismic event than the Scenario Expected Loss, which is another way to express the PML value.
