With a career marked by impactful achievements, Mr. Wille has performed thousands of site observations for construction and renovation projects, reviewing payment applications, conducting shop drawing reviews, and analyzing change orders. He has completed hundreds of Property Condition Assessments, adhering to ASTM E2018 standards, and contributed to HUD-financed retrofits as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac projects. His portfolio also includes hundreds of Plan and Cost Reviews, ensuring comprehensive cost analysis, compliance with building codes, and project feasibility.

A champion of sustainability, Mr. Wille has conducted energy audits, including blower door tests, combustion analyses, lighting evaluations, and flow tests, and has worked on many Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM standards. As a pioneer in resiliency and green building, he played an instrumental role in the development of HUD Green Retrofit Program guidelines and the HUD Green Mark-to-Market requirements.
